Biography:

 

Endon Dramatic Society was formed in 1947 and became affiliated to the North Staffordshire Drama Association when that body was itself inaugurated in 1952. The “NSDA” as it is now known commenced by taking a STAGE ONE of the national one act play festival, running alongside the Stoke-On-Trent Education Department’s own Youth And Adult Community Drama Festival. In 1972, “NSDA” handed over it’s own event One Act Festival to Stoke-On-Trent which is still going strong, though Endon Dramatic Society ceased to take part after 1985 to concentrate on their full length entries in the NSDA Full Length Drama Festival which came in to being in 1973.

 

Endon Dramatic Society is a  small and friendly society based in Endon, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. We are always looking for new members of all ages for acting, backstage and front of house roles, so if you are interested  please don't hesitate to contact us.
